Meet Liz

Most would describe me as a woman in midlife, trying to juggle all the balls - motherhood, marriage, work - and though I try my best to make it look easy, I struggled in perimenopause and menopause.

I experienced debilitating pain, brain fog, and broken sleep for YEARS.

It wasn't until Iayered in advance hormone testing to everything I was doing as a nutritionist that I made real progress in feeling better.

I felt like I was cheating at life and aging in reverse! Smoother skin, pain free joints, and the mental energy to nerd out on the science of hormones and women's longevity!!

Today I'm feeling better than I was 10 years ago.

I created the Midlife Balance program because I saw too many of my female clients and friends suffer in midlife, just like I did, and not get the help they need from an overburdened, insurance-driven healthcare system.
