2 Day Food Journal
Write down everything you eat and drink for 2 days.
Take notes elsewhere, then enter it all at once here, as you cannot save part-way and continue entering later.
Be as descriptive as possible. Please include:
all meals
snacks
beverages
water
approximate amounts
time of day (12:15pm, for example)
**If you notice changes to your mood or digestion after eating or drinking,
record it in the box as well.
Sample 1: Dinner - 8pm, ground beef bowl, lettuce, pinto beans and hot sauce gluten free and chilli crunch sauce gluten free - my sister made it, drink - water
Sample 2: Lunch - 1:15pm, bagel with jalapeño and artichoke dip with turkey (gluten free from trader joes), drink- Aranciata Rossa Sparkling water blood orange from trader joes, mood - tired
